Qualification: A responsible individual with integrity & professionalism. Willing to work from everywhere using own computer & phone with quality results. Minimum semester 6 in university, have an experience of doing research in socio-political sciences. Fluency to read and write in English.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Full-time employee

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to Executive Director & project leaders as approved by Executive Director: maintain office calendars & send out reminders on impending appointments and deadlines as agreed in weekly meetings or as appear needed, attending staff meetings and taking minutes of meeting, main project records, and filings (database of contact, TORs, letters, final reports, PPTs, etc.)

  • Prepare all needs of meetings and conferences including the needed equipment or technology that will be used

  • Proofread documents

  • Maintain good impression about the company from clients & office team members

  • Blast the weekly podcast Nyambung to all clients & partners in the database

  • Contact participants & speakers for webinars and other activities of projects


Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in political science, international relations, public policy, or other relevant social science would be advantageous

  • We welcome fresh graduates, but having prior experience in program administration or assistance would be a plus (including as an intern)

  • Willing to multitask and work under pressure

  • Excellent computer literacy skills

  • Possess professional email, oral, and telephone etiquette

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Passionate for supporting good governance, inclusive policies, and synergy across sectors

  • Ability to work responsibly and productively under minimum supervision, especially in remote works

  • Attention to details

  • Computer & cellphones to support the works

  • Most jobs would be done remotely, but willingness to travel to Jakarta or other areas upon needs is needed

  • Living in Jakarta is preferred

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION INTERN

3-month internship program with a chance to be promoted as full-time employee

Responsibilities

  • Prepare drafts for Nyambung podcast, its recording, and edit them for Youtube and Spotify in ways that would improve the subscribers and viewers counts

  • Distribute contents about the company or its activities/projects on daily basis on Twitter, Instagram, and once a week on TikTok

  • Prepare, edit and update publications materials (press releases, flyers, brochures, stickers, social media posts)

  • Maintain and update the company's website and social media on regular basis to match with the progress of the company

  • Collaborate with company team members and advisors to improve the standing of the company in its communication aspect

  • Respond to questions from media and public about publication materials


Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in communication, journalism, or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of successful track record in a similar role

  • Excellent computer literacy skills needed for the work

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work responsibly and productively under minimum supervision, especially in remote works

  • Passionate for supporting good governance, inclusive policies, and synergy across sectors

  • Computer & cellphones to support the works
