DINNA PRAPTO RAHARJA, PHD
Executive Director
Dinna Prapto Raharja, Ph.D, was known as Dinna Wisnu, is a seasoned practitioner, advisor, and trainer of public policy with specialization in diplomacy, comparative political economy, and social protection. By 2024, she earned 28 years of professional experience in leading applied research, managing teams (including inter-continental teams), starting-up initiatives and institutions, training diplomats, and supporting confidence and agreements for Indonesia with the United States, Australia, the European Union, and a dozen other countries. She is a productive writer and content creator. For years she has been a key opinion-maker on issues affecting foreign policy and social policy.
She served various prestigious positions in the government, among others: Indonesia's human rights diplomat in the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commmission on Human Rights (2014-2018), Expert & Chair on Prevention and Protection Division of MIgrant Workers in Destination Countries in BP2MI Task Force (Nov 2020-Dec 2021), Judge & Chair Judge for 3 series of the National Award on Employment Protection PARITRANA (2022-2024), Selection Committee for the National Social Security Council (2019), Chair of Working Group on Health, Employment and Population in the Transition Team of President Joko Widodo & VP Jusuf Kalla (2014), Member of Working Group on Health at the National Team to Accelerate Poverty Alleviation President Yudhoyono (2009-2011).
She obtained MA & Ph.D from the Department of Political Science, the Ohio State University and her undergraduate degree of international relations from University of Indonesia. Her publications include books, peer-reviewed journals, and articles.
