Dr. Fransiscus is an Associate of Indonesian Industrial Relations Institute (IHII), expert and trainer on social welfare, industrial relations disputes and labour activisms with 25 years of experience in enforcing civic space for labour in manufacturing, public service and plantation sectors.
His passion is in research and program development in areas of sustainable development, sociology, social work/ welfare history/ theory, and industrial relation dispute settlement. He enjoys developing content for global and national campaign as well as strategy for social media campaign.
